TURKEY — Kelkit municipality, a small town in Turkey's Black Sea region, offers funeral services including shrouds, coffins, and other services for free, as well as free meals for people attending the funerals. The services are offered to both residents and non-residents. The town's mayor said they also offered burial plots for free and the municipality's aim was merely to "make already grieving people not worry about expenses."
