Sergey Sobyanin invited Istanbul Mayor Kadir Topbaş to visit the Russian capital. "I am pleased to invite you to Moscow in order to see the new stage of its development and discuss the problems and challenges that confront us," said Moscow Mayor in the course of the meeting held in Istanbul between the Moscow delegation and the administration of Turkey's biggest city. "I am sure that cooperation between us and our cities will benefit the city dwellers and our nations," Sobyanin stressed. Istanbul Mayor expressed his gratitude and confidence that the municipalities of both megacities would achieve success in implementing the program of cooperation. "If our cities grow together our nations will be given a powerful impulse for development," noted Topbaş.
