Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on Tuesday spoke with his US counterpart John Kerry over the phone over regional issues including Iraq.
According to reports, Çavuşoğlu also spoke with his Qatari counterpart Muhammed El Attiyah on the phone.
Çavuşoğlu went to Islamabad, Pakistan on Tuesday to attend the 'Heart of Asia: Istanbul Process' Conference.
He met with Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and had a meeting, where the two discussed improving bilateral relations between Turkey and Pakistan and recent developments in Iraq and Syria, as well as the refugee crisis.
