İş Sanat concludes its 15th season, which has witnessed unforgettable events, with the passionate figures of the Eva Yerbabuena Flamenco Company's breathtaking performance. The company, which blends Flamenco with the magic of dance, music and song, has amassed a large audience thanks to their flawless performances since 1998. The founder of the company, Eva Yerbabuena, has presented unique and colorful Flamenco experiences to the audience with her eight-time-awarded shows. She was granted the Best Female Dancer award as well as the National Award at the MAX Awards in 2013. The artist was the first Flamenco dancer invited to the famous Sydney Opera House, and has been characterized as "a dominant dancer and visionary whose effects go beyond the technique" by The Guardian. Yerbabuena expresses her worries, fears and desires through Flamenco, and having worked with prominent names of dance, such as Joaquin Cortes, Mikhail Baryshnikov and Pina Bausch, her company imparts the rich culture of Yerbabuena's homeland, Granada, through the language of dance. Yerbabuena, who was featured in Mike Figgis' 1997 documentary film "Flamenco Women," will enchant a Turkish audience for the first time with her Flamenco company on May 22 at İş Sanat.
