Turkish artists' work included in Milan Biennial on display

The 17th International Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and the Mediterranean (BJCEM) will be held between Oct. 22 to Oct. 25 in Italy's Milano city. More than 300 artists including two from Turkey will attend the event from around. Prior to the biennial, the Turkish artists' work is on display until July 15 at the Kasa Gallery of the Sabancı University. Gökçe Er and Gökçen Dilek Acay were selected for the biennial by a committee based at Sabancı University. The main targets of the biennial are strengthening the works and the relations among different institutions and associations operating in the field of culture and arts from the Euro-Mediterranean area. BJCEM aims to improve young artist's creativity, build new ideas, encourage international cooperation and the advancement of relations across the Mediterranean region.
