Historical mansion to screen 'A Hologram for the King'

The Sait HalimPasha Mansion, located on the Bosporus, is hosting a series of open-air cinema events throughout the summer. On Aug. 23, director Tom Tykwer's "A Hologram for the King," starring Tom Hanks, Alexander Black and Sarita Choudhury will be screened. The film tells the story of 54-year-old American businessman Lan Clay who is on the edge of bankruptcy. Looking for a way out, Clay becomes a part of a team that aims to travel to Saudi Arabia and present a new hologram technology to King Abdullah. As the team struggles to adapt to the climate of Arabia, they learn that a Chinese company is about to offer a cheaper technology to the king.
