In RahmiM. Koç Museum, children discover, learn, dream, practice and produce at the same time. Child Readers Club and Book Days at the museum will start on April 8 with the workshop "Journey to the Dreamland with Evren Yiğit." Children will take their first steps in writing at the workshop. The event, which will take place on the Fenerbahçe Ferry on Saturday, will start at 3 p.m. and will last for an hour.
In the workshop, the children's books writer Evren Yiğit will answer questions by children such as "What does an author do?" or "Who is the author?" Then, "Journey to the Dreamland" written by Evren Yiğit will be read aloud. Later, young authors will watch a cartoon film with the accompaniment of Evren Yiğit. When writing cartoons, children will be trained about such concepts as character and background to an age appropriate level. The workshop will end with the celebration of the young authors' work.
