Turks' love for breakfast inspires Istanbul festival

On May 13-14, Sirkeci Train Station will host Breakfest Istanbul, a festival designed to satisfy any breakfast craving. In addition to a wide variety of morning classics, including olives, cheese and jams, the festival will also feature fantastic Aegean and Black Sea breakfasts, healthy Mediterranean drinks and flaky Gaziantep pastries.
There will also be a wide range of organic, gluten-free and vegan breakfasts available along with children's breakfasts, special presentations as well as gourmet treats created by famous chefs.
Throughout Breakfest Istanbul, which will be held on May 13-14 at the historical Sirkeci Train Station, workshops, training sessions and breakfast demonstrations showcasing famous chefs will be open to visitors.
In addition to the food stands, the festival has also been organized as an industrial fair, promoting breakfast products and service suppliers. The end result is an amazing event that will bring producers, sellers and consumers together with amazing food and industry. There will also be live performances by music groups and DJs throughout the festival.
