Arda Turan is set to make his Barcelona debut on Jan. 6 in the Copa del Rey at Camp Nou. The Catalan giants who take on their city rivals Espanyol in the league cup will be able to call on their latest signings, Turan and Aleix Vidal. Turan recently traveled with the Barcelona team to Japan despite not being able to play due to the FIFA transfer ban currently imposed on the club. The 28-year-old moved to Barcelona on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid over the summer but is yet to make his debut for the reigning Champions League champions. The former Galatasaray midfielder has years of experience playing in La Liga and has lifted every domestic title in Spain as well as the Europa League and European Super Cup. Barcelona are currently first in La Liga with 35 points in 15 games, and take on Real Betis in the next round of games in January.
