The United Nations said Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) militants are suspected of committing war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. In a report released Thursday, the U.N. Human Rights Office documented testimony from 100 people who survived attacks by the militant group in Iraq between June 2014 and February 2015. The report also documented abuses committed by the Sunni militants including killings, torture, rape and sexual slavery, forced religious conversions and the conscription of children.
