Semih Yalçın, the vice chairman of the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), stated that the hidden goal of the Republican Peoples' Party (CHP) is to protect the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP).
Commenting on Turkey's current political agenda, Yalçın said in a written statement that the CHP wants the immunity of all deputies to be lifted.
Yalçın also added: "As the current agenda is for lifting immunity for some of the deputies for having ties with terrorist organizations and casual relations with the PKK, they [referring to the CHP] are putting all deputies in the same basket, alongside those deputies who have ties with the PKK's political wing and the perpetrators of the killers."
