Turkish house sales rose by 2.1 percent year-on-year in November, The Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) reported on Wednesday.
There were 106,008 houses sold last month, the report said.
House sales have been trending higher since February, except in September, when buyers delayed purchases due to volatility in markets and political uncertainty ahead of November parliamentary elections.
The report showed that houses sold to foreigners in November were up by 25.6 percent from the previous year, with 2,119 homes sold.
Istanbul was the first destination for foreigners, with 703 sales in November 2015. The popular tourist destination of Antalya, in southern Turkey, was next with 539 house sales.
