The Demir (Iron) La Vida project revived by Demir Construction in Hadımköy has drawn a great deal of attention. Those who want to buy the houses in this project prefer to sell their own villas and be a part of La Vida.

Demir Construction got full marks from investors with its Demir La Vida project in Büyükçekmece, overlooking the sea and lake. It became a leading project in the region with its opportunities, and villa owners in the region have sold their villas to buy a place in it. Demir Construction Board Chairman Hamit Demir pointed out that many people who wanted to buy a villa in Demir La Vida, which attracts attention due to its unique location, sold their villas to be a part of La Vida. 579 houses in five blocks

One of the the best-known projects in the Middle East, Demir La Vida has 379 housing and 29 commercial units in five blocks. The project has 379 apartments with 15 different housing options to meet different needs as well as a 730-car capacity parking lot including a closed area for 550 cars. The project also has recreational areas such as swimming pools, walking paths and social areas.
