  • "The Rohingya issue will continue to remain central to Myanmar's future stability and long-term peace. More than 1 million members of this persecuted Muslim minority are living in Bangladesh, mostly in miserable conditions in the Cox Bazar region. Other countries, including Malaysia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Thailand, also host hundreds of thousands of displaced Rohingya people.
