Five members of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) were killed, six injured Friday in an improvised explosive device (IED) attack in Tatimus region of northern Syria, Turkish military said.

Five Daesh terrorists were also killed in four air raids conducted by coalition forces in Kunaytirah, Tatimus, Cakka and Baragidah regions, the statement said.

Turkish military launched Operation Euphrates Shield on Aug. 24 to improve security, support coalition forces and eliminate the terror threat along Turkey's border using Free Syrian Army fighters backed by Turkish armor, artillery and jets.
