France began a search for fresh debris off Reunion on Friday, according to a military officer, after a plane part belonging to doomed flight MH370 washed up on the Indian Ocean island.The French military deployed a CASA transport aircraft "to search around the coast of Reunion island," Aline Simon, an officer, told AFP.
