WASHINGTON D.C. —The United States announced a 50-million-dollar aid package to Ukraine to help the Eastern European country seek reforms and strengthen its ties with the US.The White House said in a statement that the aid was to help Ukrainian "security and stability" as well as political and economic reforms.
