Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah opened an exhibition titled "Divas of Cinema" on March 8 collaborated with collectioner Şerif Antepli.Having come to life 122 years ago, cinema has evolved into a widespread entertainment empire. With the diversification of content and techniques, the stars have emerged to become the most important showcase of this art. The men are handsome and the women are beautiful on the silver screen. Even the stars who lost their lives long ago are adored today.Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah has hosted many cinema artists and directors, as well as a screening venue for great films since its foundation. Greta Garbo, Alfred Hitchcock, Cecile Sorel, Cordy Millowitsch, Josephine Baker, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Bedia Muvahhit, Inge Meysel were among the famous guests. The hotel welcomes visitors to experience the magical world of divas until March 13.The exhibition that consists of photos, postcards, posters and records of divas like: Audrey Hepburn, Bette Davis, Brigitte Bardot, Elizabeth Taylor, Gina Lollobrigida, Grace Kelly, Greta Garbo, Ingrid Bergman, Katharine Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Nicole Kidman, Sophia Loren, Türkan Şoray, Hülya Koçyiğit, Fatma Girik, Filiz Akın, Cahide Sonku, Belgin Doruk, Selda Alkor and many others.
