Pera Museum has added to its digital projects that have been developed to make art accessible and to broaden communication between spectators and collection works. The museum presents users an enjoyable art experience that they can reach anytime with the free Google Chrome extension "Artworks from Pera Museum," which brings collections to computer screens.

Producing digital projects that are part of daily life along with exhibitions and public programs, Pera Museum is bringing its collections to art lovers via Google's Chrome web browser.Google Chrome extensions offer browsers new features. A random piece of art from the collections of the Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation meets art lovers in every new tab opened with "Artworks from Pera Museum." Thus, users can experience a surprising pleasurable selection from the museum's collections instead of standard, usual tabs.

"Artworks from Pera Museum" includes selected works from the permanent collections "Orientalist Painting," "Kütahya Tiles and Ceramics," "Anatolian Weight and Measures" and "Istanbul Photographs."In the extension, which has more than 50 works of art, users encounter various works. They can get an idea about unexhibited works in the collection and can have art in their daily lives.

To download the free extension, spectators simply go to Google Chrome settings and click on "Get more extensions" in the Extensions tab, search for "Pera Museum" in the store and add the application.
