Hosting different events and festivals throughout the year, one of Turkey's most popular tourist destinations, Alaçatı, located in the İzmir province, is hosting "Alaçatı Art Week" for the third time until Oct. 8.

In line with the past three years, Alaçatı will open its streets to plastic art and its artists.

"Alaçatı Art Week" will be held with the support of the Çeşme Municipality and under the organization and guidance of the Alaçatı Culture and Art Foundation.

While many artists will exhibit their solo work, live performances and workshops will also be available during "Alaçatı Art Week," which gets richer every year, and Alaçatı residents and their guests will get the chance to participate in various events and exhibitions.

Painting, sculpture, photo, puppet, glass bead, mosaic, ceramics and glass-fabric dyeing workshops will also be available in Alaçatı throughout the week. Likewise, interviews will be held on a variety of art branches and topics.
