The Macedonian Basketball Federation has chosen a new president with Turkish roots.Petar Naumoski who changed his name to Namık Polat after obtaining Turkish citizenship was elected as the chief of basketball operations in his country.Naumoski played with Anadolu Efes and then-Ülkerspor (now Fenerbahce Ülker).
