Turkey's men's wheelchair basketball team has reached the final of the European Championships held in Tenerife, Spain. The Turkish team advanced to the finals for the third time in a row.

They will take on Great Britain in the finals today at 8:30 p.m. The Crescent-Stars had lost to Great Britain in 2013 and 2015, and Italy in 2009 in the finals. Turkey had beaten Great Britain, the champion of the last three tournaments, in the group stage.

Turkey had beaten Italy in the quarterfinal and Germany in the semifinal. Great Britain's men are looking for a fourth consecutive gold medal.
