FIBA proposes new plan to EuroLeague


World basketball body FIBA has answered EuroLeague's proposal to re-schedule the calendar by pitching an alternative schedule. Sport24.gr reported that FIBA has suggested EuroLeague some changes in order to solve the issue regarding two specific weeks of the following season, one in late November and the other in February, that include games for the World Cup Qualifiers. EuroLeague will now transfer all its Thursday/Friday games to Tuesday while FIBA will shift all weekly games (Thursday/Friday) to Friday.
