Alfardan Hospitality and Kempinski Hotels have signed a deal to build a five-star hotel on The Pearl, an artificial island, which will soon be open to foreign land ownership in Qatar's capital Doha



ISTANBUL — Alfardan Hospitality and Kempinski Hotels have signed a deal to build a five-star hotel on The Pearl, an artificial island which will be open to foreign land ownership in Doha. The development spans 46,500 square meters and will overlook the Arabian Gulf.Marsa Malaz Kempinski is the second project to be undertaken by Alfardan Hospitality in partnership with the international group Kempinski Hotels, who collaborated on the development and management of Doha's tallest hotel tower, the Kempinski Residences and Suites.President and CEO of Alfardan Group Omar Alfardan, said, "Marsa Malaz Kempinski - The Pearl, Doha will truly set itself as an iconic waterfront destination reflecting the true splendor of Doha, enhancing the international reputation of Qatar as a fast-emerging luxury tourist destination.
