According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), the seasonally- and calendar-adjusted total industrial turnover index increased by 1.2 percent in November 2014 compared to the previous month. In the sub-sectors of industry (based on 2010=100), the mining and quarrying index and manufacturing index increased by 0.2 percent and 1.1 percent, respectively, in November 2014, compared to the previous month.
