VakıfBank signed a loan agreement with the European Investment Bank under the guarantee of the Treasury to receive the first portion of 200 million euros, which will be used to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and midcaps, according to the announcement made by the Undersecretariat of the Treasury.
