The seasonal and calendar-adjusted turnover index in the construction sector rose 6.6 percent in the first quarter of 2015 compared to the previous quarter, according to a report released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat). The calendar-adjusted turnover index in construction fell 13.5 percent in the same period. The report also said the seasonal and calendar adjusted production index in the construction sector increased 0.1 percent from January to March compared to the previous quarter.
