According to the Turkish Statistical Institute's (TurkStat) report published on Wednesday on the Industrial Labor Input Indices for the second quarter of 2015, seasonally- and calendar-adjusted gross wages in the industry index increased by 3.4 percent compared with the previous quarter. Calendar-adjusted gross wages in the industry index increased by 13.9 percent compared with the same quarter of the previous year. Meanwhile, the index for industrial employment increased while the index for industrial work hours has seen a decrease, but the changes were less than 1 percent.
