The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's (IBB) white desk phone line (153) has won two gold medals and was titled Industry Champion at an international call center conference in London.

Atakan Yılmaz, IBB's public relations manager, was named 'individual industry champion' for his achievements with innovative projects that increased customer satisfaction.

The second gold medal which determined the 'corporate industry champion' was awarded to the IBB.

The awards were announced at the 12th Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World gala in London.

IBB was given the gold medals out of thousands of participants from countries across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

The even was organized by ContactCenterWorld.com, one of the world's most prestigious organizations in the call center industry.
