China signed a $37 billion agreement on Thursday to buy 300 airplanes from U.S. aerospace giant Boeing.

The deal for the single-aisle and twin-aisle aircraft was among the $250 billion in agreements announced during U.S. President Donald Trump's visit to Beijing.

U.S. and Chinese companies also signed $4 billion in chip industry deals during a signing ceremony, China Central Television reported.
