Five new films debut in Turkish theaters this week


Suicide Squad

Adapted to the screen from the DC comic book series "Suicide Squad," the film is about a secret government agency recruiting a group of imprisoned supervillains to execute dangerous black ops missions in exchange for clemency, which inevitably leads to chaos. The film was directed by David Ayer and stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney, Margot Robbie, Scott Eastwood, Joel Kinnaman, Amanda Brugel, Ben Affleck, Viola Davis and Cara Delevingne.

This French, Polish and Norwegian co-production focuses on two young women, one French and the other Polish, who were born on the same day. As they grow up, the women come to look like each other and experience the same things. Directed by Jose Manuel Cravioto, the thriller "Bound to Vengeance" stars Tina Ivlev, Richard Tyson, Bianca Malinowski, Kristoffer Kjornes and Dustin Quick.Cafe Society​Woody Allen's "Cafe Society," which was the opening film at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016, stars Jesse Eisenberg, Kristen Stewart, Blake Lively, Parker Posey, Steve Carell, Corel Stoll and Sheryl Lee. Set in New York and Hollywood in the 1930s, the film is about the adventures of Bobby Dorfman, who was the youngest son of a jewelry dealer in the Bronx. When Bobby gets bored of his father's shop, he travels to Hollywood to spend time with his uncle Phil, who is a manager of popular Hollywood film stars, transforms and experiences love and hate in a world filled with Hollywood scandal, gossip and beautiful women. After being rejected by the woman he loves, Bobby returns to New York and discovers a whole new world after taking over a night club in his hometown.
