Awarded with four prizes including the award for Best Film at the Istanbul Film Festival, "Sarı Sıcak," directed by Fikret Reyhan, will premiere at the Moscow International Film festival, which is one of the most prestigious festivals in the world. Written and directed by Reyhan and starring Aytaç Üstün and Mehmet Özgür in the leading roles, the film will be screened for the jury at the main competition of the festival, which will be held for the 39th time.

The jury of the festival, which is founded by the great master of cinema, Sergey Eisenstein, consists of Finnish director and producer Jörn Donner, Spanish director Albert Serra, Iranian director Reza Mirkarimi and Italian actress Ornella Mutti. Reyhan's film "Sarı Sıcak" will compete with 12 movies between June 22 and June 29.

Having first premiered at the 36th Istanbul Film Festival in April and been awarded the Golden Tulip (for Best Film,) Best Actor (Aytaç Uşun,) Best Director of Cinematography (Marton Miklauzic) and Best Fiction (Ömer Günüvar and Fikret Reyhan), "Sarı Sıcak" focuses on the story of a migrant family trying to hold on to life by working with traditional methods in their field and their son, Ibrahim, who dreams of a different future and tries to shape his own destiny.

Continuing its festival adventure, the film will be released in Turkey this autumn.
