Has Iran managed both the Western mind and terrorist groups?

The Syrian liberation struggle began as a projection of the Arab Spring. The Syrian opposition had a structure including generals and statesmen who were against violence, were patriotic and were concerned about the future of their country and nation, predominantly diverging from the civil and military bureaucracy. After the civilian opposition was directly met with weapons and violence in a malicious plot by Iran and the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad, the opposition activities conducted in the civilian sphere evolved into an armed struggle. When the Damascus regime was confronted with the danger of being overthrown by the wide-ranging opposition groups, the critical approach Iran put forward, which it used to persuade Russia and then the whole West, was put into practice. "If Assad is overthrown, the Syrian regime would be seized by al-Qaida and armed jihadist groups." This argument was suggested by Iran and during the days when this argument was first put forth, the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) was not yet in sight, and the activity of al-Qaida groups in the Syrian opposition was around 10 percent. Originally belonging to Iran, this thesis was gradually adopted as a thesis of Western countries, and the Friends of Syria Group, which comprised 40 countries aimed at transforming and rebuilding the Syrian regime, withdrew from the process. As if the Syrian civil war was simply a painful fate, the whole burden was left to Turkey along with 2 million refugees.

While Assad was agonizing, Hezbollah warriors in Lebanon declared war directly against the Sunni groups and started fighting against the Free Syrian Army and its opponents. As is already known, Hezbollah is an organization directly affiliated with Iran with regard to the chain of command. We have been confronted with the ISIS threat, which was empowered by the civil wars in both Iraq and Syria simultaneously and reinforced by the Sunni traumas in Iraq. Not long after, ISIS started battling the Free Syrian Army west of Damascus. In my opinion, ISIS, which has evolved into a major organization with a rich weapon and human capacity, is not an auspicious organization and serves the common goals of both Iran and the West in the region. For me, ISIS is an organization of intelligence coalitions and we will continue to suspect the organization until that fact is unveiled. ISIS units, which have never fought against the West or the Assad regime, are now positioned to destroy Turkey and its allies in the region. Its battle with the Democratic Union Party's (PYD) People's Protection Units (YPG) is not motivated to harm the Kurds in the region, but has designs on Turkish territory.

This indicates that the nuclear power negotiations between the U.S. and Iran were kicked off sooner than we thought. Directly influencing the PKK administration, Iran also obtained the potential of indirectly managing ISIS. But at this phase it was revealed that Turkey and Iran are the two major powers of the region. One cannot design the region on its own and the PYD's efforts to design and found a state inside Turkey and Kobani by fighting ISIS and allying with the U.S. is destined to remain a dream.Turkey's aggression toward ISIS refuted the argument suggesting that Turkey helps the terrorist organization, which was vigorously advocated by Iran, the Gülen Movement, Doğan Media Group and other foes of Turkey. The fight Turkey initiated against ISIS also led to a convergence between Turkey and the U.S., which disturbed both the PYD and Iran as well as ISIS. Iran, which has managed the terrorist groups along with the Western mind so far, will remain alone with ISIS, the PKK and the PYD from now on.
