FETÖ is disrupting American legal system

With some crooked judges and prosecutors, FETÖ manages to interfere in the U.S. legal system, continuing its fight against Turkey with fabricated investigations into Zarrab, Halkbank and others

The Gülenist Terror Group (FETÖ), which staged the bloody coup attempt on July 15, 2016, has made a complete mess of the Turkish legal system that has forced us to completely overhaul our judicial apparatus.

FETÖ infiltrated key positions in the Turkish judiciary, installed its own followers as judges and prosecutors and removed all its adversaries and potential enemies through arbitrary court cases. FETÖ manipulated thousands of court cases to create commercial advantages for its followers by forging rulings against adversaries and competitors. It imprisoned people by false and doctored evidence. It used illegal wiretapping and eavesdropping to gain evidence and used them in courts.

After the coup attempt Turkey managed to round up all of these crooked judges and prosecutors while some key judicial villains managed to escape and are now being given shelter in Germany.

Now we see with horror that the Gülen gang is now disrupting American judicial system and has great impact on the New York South District Court and its district attorney's office.

All this came to light when District Attorney Preet Bharara filed a case against Iranian-Turkish gold trader Reza Zarrab on charges of violating the American sanctions against Iran and money laundering. The prosecutor has also targeted Turkish officials and state-owned Halkbank. He was clearly trying to create the image that Turkish officials are corrupt and have shady dealings. Bharara was removed from office after President Donald Trump was elected president. Bharara is a crooked prosecutor who is linked with FETÖ. But that is hardly any comfort. A new chief prosecutor has been appointed to replace Bharara, yet he could not take office because he could not win congressional approval. So the case is being handled by Bharara's second-in-command Prosecutor John Kim, who is also a FETÖ-linked person.

The judge presiding over the case is Richard M. Berman, who also has FETÖ links.

Judge Berman has permitted evidence which has been doctored and which has been acquired through illegal means by FETÖ. That in itself is a scandal. The Turkish Chief Prosecutor's Office in Istanbul has opened an investigation against Bharara and Kim on how they acquired the evidence as such documents were not handed to them by Turkey through official channels.

Today, Americans are faced with the threat of a tainted court case that has been manipulated by FETÖ. American judicial authorities should be more than concerned as they face this unacceptable effect in the case. They should see that their legal system is facing a test of credibility with the New York scandal. It is up to them to intervene and correct the mess created in New York by some crooked judges and prosecutors.

Isn't it sad that the so-called justice loving press of the U.S. is looking the other way when it comes to the New York case which has been so blatantly hijacked by FETÖ?

Isn't it a shame that not a single American law maker is questioning the way FETÖ has affecting into the American justice system?
