ISTANBUL — Tek-art Kalamış and Fenerbahçe Marmara Tourism Facilities Corp won the privatization tender for the Fenerbahçe Kalamış Marina with a $664 million bid. Tek-art, of which Koç Holding holds a share of 75.92%, had been running under Setur Marina Chain since 1999. Fenerbahçe – Kalamış Marina, which is the largest marina in terms of sea connection capacity, will be privatized through transferring operation rights. Operation rights for the marina will be transferred for 30 years.
