Turkish Presidential Spokesperson İbrahim Kalın said yesterday that the second 100-day action plan will be announced in November.

Speaking on the recent developments in the economy during his address to members of the press after the Cabinet meeting yesterday, Kalın said there is no panic considering the Turkish economy.

"We are sure that the period seen as turbulence will be over soon," he added.
