As a part of the 3rd International Clarinet Festival, mini clarinet concerts will delight commuters and music enthusiasts from Oct. 8- 10 on Istanbul's ferries from Beşiktaş to Kadıköy and on Oct. 12 from Kabataş to the Princes' Islands.
