Legendary Nigeria-based saxophonist Orlando Julius, whose music was imprinted on people's minds with his album "Disco Hi-Life," and the British psychedelic band The Heliocentrics, which collaborated with important figures such as Mulatu Astatke and Lloyd Miller, will perform an unforgettable concert to Istanbulites at Babylon on Jan. 23.
