To commemorate the centenary of the Battle of Gallipoli, the photography exhibition "Savaştan Barışa Uzanan Yol" (The Road from War to Peace) recently opened in Algiers, Algeria. The exhibition is the first jointly organized event between the Turkish Embassy in Algeria and the Military Museum in Algeria. Depicting details about the Battle of Gallipoli with photos reflecting daily life on the front, the exhibition kicked off at the Military Museum with an opening ceremony overseen by diplomats, military attaches and statesmen. The reception began with an opening speech by Turkey's ambassador to Algiers, Adnan Keçeci, about the Battle of Gallipoli. Expressing his happiness concerning organizing a joint project with the Military Museum, Keçeci thanked the guests for their interest and support.
