The Özay Günay Recital will take place on April 28 at the Leyla Gencer Opera and Art Center. Özay Günay graduated from the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory's Department of Opera in 1997. She performed as a soloist in Istanbul's Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall Opera and Orchestra between 1995 and 1997, and she has been a regular artist at Istanbul State Opera and Ballet since 1998. The opera artist has been featured as soloist in many domestic and international music festivals as well. Pianist Atılgan Kaplanoğlu, who continues his professional and academic work in Turkey as well as abroad, will accompany Günay onstage. During the recital, Günay will perform the compositions of Handel, Gluck, Mozart, Schubert, Rossini, Strauss, Massenet and Bizet.When: April 28Where: Leyla Gencer Opera and Art Center
