Listed among the 100 most impressive bass players of the last century by the music magazine Bass Player, world-renowned contrabass player Avishai Cohen will introduce his new musical project "A Night with Avishai Cohen" to Istanbulites and bring a breath of fresh air to classical music. Cohen's talent was discovered by Chick Corea in 1997 and stood out among others thanks to his original style in the jazz world. Cohen, who admires Bach's musical genius and the mathematics of his compositions, proved that there is no limit to creating music with his collaborations with Malma, the Brnoi Monaco Philharmonics and Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra. ECHO Award winner Cohen brought his stringed instrument quartet together following his 2013 album "Almah."
