The 6th edition of the International Crime and Punishment Film Festival continues at Atlas and Feriye theater halls until Oct. 6. On Sept. 30, Brillante Mendoza's 2016 film "Ma' Rosa," starring Jaclyn Jose, Julio Diaz and Baron Geisler will be screened at Atlas Theater Hall. Ma' Rosa is a mother of four children. She owns a small convenience store in a poor neighborhood of Manila where everybody likes her. To make ends meet, Rosa and her husband, Nestor, resell small amounts of narcotics on the side.
