Standing out with their original and experimental sound, Turkish band Gevende will give the first live performance of their newest album "Kırınardı" on Feb. 28 at Babylon. "Kırınardı" will be released on digital platforms tomorrow and as a physical album in March. The first single was released with a music video earlier this month.Founded in 2000 in Eskişehir, Gevende presented their first studio album "Ev" the same year. The band gives live performances both in Turkey and abroad and partnered with French band Balbazar in 2008. Following the release of their 2011 album "Sen Balık Değilsin Ki," the band gave a much-acclaimed live performance at St. Anthony Church and became one of the most sought-after indie bands in Turkey.When: Feb. 28Where: Babylon, Istanbul
