Kaleiçi Old Town festival on the corner


In the context of the Kaleiçi Old Town Festival which will be held by for the second time by Antalya's Muratpaşa Municipality, the streets and squares of the historical Kaleiçi will be converted into a festival area between July 6-9, and will promote arts, culture, music and dance. One of the most prominent composers of recent times, Murat Ömür Tuncer will meet art lovers with a piano performance on the closing day of the festival, July 9. Before the concert by Tuncer, Theatre Palanga will take the stage at Hadrianus Gate, a gate of the historical Kaleiçi.

Theatre Palanga is an improvisational theatre group, which is conducting their studies under the theme, "Improvise everyone!" in Antalya. Artist Hacer Doğan, on the other hand, will combine the arts of painting and dance with a 15-minute performance titled, "Dance of the Colors" at Kesik Minare (Broken Minaret). Doğan's performances will start at 6 p.m. on the second and third day of the festival.
