French Films at Zorlu Psm Amphi


In cooperation with the Istanbul French Culture Center, Zorlu Psm Amphi will host distinctive French films July 17-August 28.

The showcase featuring distinct genres and eras of French cinema will start with the Golden Palm winner, "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg," starring Catherine Deneuve and Nino Castelnuovo. The program will continue with the 2014 comedy-drama "Tristesse Club," the animated film, "The Rabbi's Cat," adapted from Joann Sfar's namesake work, the French Cesar winner, "Hippocrates: Diary of a French Doctor," a narrative detailing the difficulties faced by a medical intern, the documentary "Fifi Howls from Happiness," which tells the life story of Bahman Mohasses or Iran's Picasso, and "Vincent N'a Pas D'ecailles," the story of Vincent and his water superpowers.
