The 53rd Footwear Fashion Fair (AYMOD) will run from April 15-18 and feature 1,400 different brands. According to a statement released by the organizers, footwear ranging from classic, modern and ballerina shoes to boots, military footwear and safety shoes will be displayed at the fair, which will take place at CNR Expo in Yeşilköy. The fair will be spread over a 60,000 square meter exhibition hall and attended by more than 1,000 companies from all over the world, including Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Brazil, Bulgaria, Morocco, France, the Netherlands, Iraq, the U.K., Spain, Israel, Italy, Qatar, Kuwait, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Jordan and Greece. Prominent domestic and international footwear brands will showcase their 2015 Winter-2016 footwear collections at the fair. Organized to increase the influence and export potential of Turkey in the international arena, AYMOD is expected to draw 50,000 people.
