Known for her entrepreneur identity and the Zeruj Shopping Fest, an event she organizes, social media phenomenon and organizer Zehra Özkaymaz, also known as Zeruj, is getting ready to hold an exclusive festival starting from today until May 29 at Haliç Congress Center.The festival will feature thousands of products from women's and children's clothing to shoes, accessories and glassware, and it will offer free transportation, activity areas for children and various competitions. Zeruj holds festivals in order to improve concepts such as friendship, unity, brotherhood and sisterhood in a global world, which is ruled by the Internet, and becomes a role model and a helper for women who decide to do business. Zeruj, who opens the doors of the business world for female entrepreneurs via the festivals she organizes, will host 120 female entrepreneurs from Dubai, Lebanon, Bahrain, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and the Netherlands at the Zeruj Shopping Fest.Apart from shopping, the festival will also create the necessary environment for business networking. Organized for the ninth time, the Zeruj Shopping Fest turns the shopping experience into a banquet. Since 2014, the festival has welcomed roughly 300,000 visitors. Thanks to Zeruj's initiative, the participants of the festival will have a chance to hear the success stories of Şükran Kocabaş, who produces clips for headscarves in order to protect her child from pinpricks, Meryem Merve Batu, who started her own business while she was still a student, Filiz Güner, who exports her clothing designs all over the world, Gönül Kolat, who is a fashion consultant for women in politics, and many more.
