African elegance shines at Turkish-African Business Forum


Organized at the Lütfi Kırdar Congress Hall, the Turkish-African Business Forum came to the fore with African women who impressed with their fashionable and colorful clothes.Drawing a great deal of interest with their colorful clothes among dozens of men attending the meeting with formal and simple clothes and crocodile skin briefcases, the African women posed for the cameras by holding "#MyWay" and "#FashionAfrica" written signs bringing out their fashion styles.Speaking to Anadolu Agency (AA) prior to the face-to-face business meetings that will be held during the Turkish-African Business Forum, Hibo Bacha, a businesswoman from Djibouti, said orange and red were her favorite colors. Noting that she did not like black and prefers bright colors, Bacha said she completely used orange in the decoration of her travel agency back in Djibouti, and she always wears red in business meetings.Pointing out that she always buys colorful clothes in the countries she visits, Bacha said, "I bought a long and elegant dress from Istanbul yesterday. I love the way women in Turkey dress and find their long dresses especially fashionable."Stressing that she loves following fashion trends, Bacha said she is interested in fashion through the Internet and loves looking into new colors and styles and buying local clothes even if they are far away.The current vice president of the Council of African Businesswomen, Hibo Bacha, invited Turkish tourists to Djibouti and her travel agency. "I think Turkish people need the peaceful atmosphere in Djibouti. Our country is quiet and free of traffic. It is not possible to be bothered by anyone," Bacha said, adding that people in her country are also quite curious about Turkey and she will recommend her friends to visit Turkey when she returns home.
