According to an article in Radikal, "Journée Pâtisserie et Boulangerie" is being co-organized by the Consulate General of France in Istanbul and Hybrid in order to bring professional representatives of French patisserie culture to those who are interested in the culture, and the event will take place at the French consulate Saturday. The event will be overseen by the French consul as well as Turkish bureaucrats. It will offer people a chance to learn more about the suppliers of the market and network. The guests will have a great time due to the artistic patisserie tastes of France, coffee, tea, special cocktails and music. "Journée Pâtisserie et Boulangerie" will also welcome various chefs and guests from other countries.
