One of the most prominent culinary academies in the world, Chef's Table Culinary Academy is offering special education for children between the ages of 11 and 15 over the summer.

Culinary and pastry workshops will be held for five days starting in August. The workshops will be an unforgettable holiday gift for kids, offering a delicious experience planned according to their interests.

All the little chefs that participate in the workshops will be given cooking aprons and gloves as gifts.

Culinary holiday in the kitchen

The workshop offers children the chance to learn how to cook while making the most of their free time and will be held Aug. 7-11.

At the end of the five-day workshop, parents will enjoy taking their little chefs home equipped with new culinary skills, allowing children to explore their own tastes in the kitchen as a result of this unique experience.

The culinary workshop will feature instruction on how to cook fresh pasta, basic pasta sauces, restaurant desserts, pizza dough and sauce, as well as meat and poultry cooking techniques. Children will also learn how to make a delicious fruit smoothie.

Children learn pastry-making

This workshop will provide children with the basic skills needed to ease their way into the art of pastry-making.

Presented by professional staff at the academy from Aug. 12-16, the pastry-making workshop will allow children to apply what they learn in hands-on experience.

After completing the 20-hour course, the young chefs can go home in full confidence and be certain they will be able to prepare delicious desserts.

Course instruction will include how to make cookies and cupcakes, chocolate chip bonbons, strawberry magnolias, chocolate pudding, panna cotta with pistachios, pastries, sweet yeast bread, brownies, muffins, chocolate cake, and sponge cake.

The course will also include cake decorating tips.
